A youtube channel dedicated to bringing the world guitar instrumental covers of their favorite songs, original guitar music of all styles, and some singin' too!
About Me:
Here's some general info:
All the instrumental covers I do are pure IMPROVISATION! I listen to a song I like, figure out what the chords are, therefor I can know what the scales will most likely be for the melody!
So basically, the way to get started doing this is MASTER the major and minor scales (at least) in EVERY position. Next, try using your ear to play the melody on your guitar! It really takes time to learn, so be patient! For example, if you play "Hey soul sister" by Train starting in C major, the melody will be in the C major scale! BUT.....
The good news is I am going to make tabs for all my videos on this channel!
As I'm writing this, I have to find a program to actually do that, probably guitar pro? But be patient, they will come! And hopefully make everything available on Itunes!
