About this user
This site is in honor of my daughter, Elora. Elora went to heaven on April 13, 2006. She loved nature, animals, people, and God. She was a blessing. A true gift from God for a short while. Elora died when she was 6 years old when we were attacked by a black bear in a forest in Tennesse. Her spirit will always live on and she is always a part of me. I know I will see her again one day. I hope in sharing our story we may give hope and inspire others who have gone through a traumatic event. With faith in God, friends, family, and sometimes complete strangers all things are possible. Together we get through all things in life. Once again I would like to thank all the people involved to save my life and my son's life. We are forever grateful for the outpouring of love and kindness which has changed our lives forever. Thank you to all who prayed, who took care of us, who responded.
Crown Of Victory
No one knows how, or when, or why
Sometimes we don't understand, sometimes we cry
But God is there for us, holding us up,by our side
But God is there for us, we can confide
Although a tragedy, we might say
Something beautiful also happened that day
Millions of people's hearts poured out
People prayed and showed compassion, what life should always be about
The heaven's rejoiced,
As the earth shed tears
The heavens embraced, a sweet, dear soul
On earth hearts came together, a gravitational pull
One moment in time, we will never understand
But it has bonded hearts, and bonded hands
Changing many many lives, inspiring hearts all over to give
Inspiring millions to appreciate each day we have to live! -Jeanene Kranyik
I would like to express my thanks to the Lord Jesus for his saving grace and the strength that He has given me over the past couple of years. There are so many people who have helped me on my way. Thanks to all of you. I could not have made it without you.
It is my goal to start our own web page to share with others who are going through difficult times. Jeanene Kranyik has been my partner in this endeavor. This project is in its embryonic stage, and we will keep you updated on our progress.
For those of you who would like to see an interview I have done in which I share my story, please go to abclocal.go.com/wtvg/ Thank you to WTVG, Lissa Guyton, and Justin Billau for allowing me to share my story. What wonderful people!
I also want to say thanks to The Cleveland Plain Dealer and Molly Kavanaugh for the great work they did. Susan Keefer, you are a true friend and one of the reasons we are able to spread good news.!
This message is from Luke..."Elora, I love you."
May God grant peace to all who come to this site. Susan
