The Vita is already starting off with a much better library than the 3DS at launch. And with a steady flow of great titles just imagine what the Vitas library will be in a year. I can't wait till E3 to see the new Bioshock game for the Vita.

Jeez I didn't know the circle pad accessory added so much thickness to the 3DS.

It's no surprise that the Vitas hardware design is a lot better than the 3DS because Sony is a great hardware company. I also prefer the Vitas library to the 3DS because there are a lot more games that interest me.

However the 3DS is still an excellent portable despite its faults.

I just hate it when company's release bullshots to promote the game. Then when you see the actual title I'm action the visuals look secret disappointing compared to the shots they have shown. Both Capcom and Bend used these marketing strategy with their games which I find irritating.

Not bashing...

The tech looks neat and hopefully developers will find a great way to use it.

It's ok but it's the camera speed that really matters for good AR games.

Her vita is crystal black just like all the others. The only reason why it appears to be a different color is because of the silicon sleeve she is using.

My opinion.

What matters more than the hardware of a handheld is what software devs make for it. It is a myth that having a powerful handheld or console will lead to developers making bad games. Best example of this is the PS3 and the 360 which are a lot more powerful than the Wii yet they manag...

I'm glad that plenty of devs are taking advantage of the Vitas AR feature. Unlike the 3DS who's AR has been dead for quite a while now.

Lol how many people play their 600€ iPhones/iPads/Galaxy SII in the metro and get them stolen? This is why I will not worry about anyone trying to steal my Vita from me.

This is why I love video games so much. Because video games give you the chance to escape to another world where the impossible becomes possible.

I see the Vita doing more for gameplay with its dual analog sticks than the 3DS with its 3D screen which is just a visuals gimmick in my opinion.

It is a mandatory requirement that all Vita games come with a digital manual.

So yes Uncharted has a manual.

The Vita is a fantastic handheld and in my opinion it's worth picking one up at launch.

I think that in the future there will be a ton of games from small development studios on the Vita. I'm really impressed with the amount of support that Sony is giving to indie devs.

I pretty much agree with you that the Vitas launch lineup is much better than the 3DSs at launch. When the 3DS came out the biggest title was Super Street Fighter 4 3D edition and pilot wings. After that 3DS owners suffered a huge game drought until the release of Orcania of time and those 2 Mari...

Someone mentioned in a youtube video that the memory cards have a write speed of 15MB/S is this true?

EA did say that the Vita version used their next gen version of the FIFA engine. I guess they were not lying because this version looks a lot better than FIFA 12 for the 3DS.

Strange from what people told me about the camera I thought it would be worse than the 3DS. Not that it matters but I am happy that it's good enough for AR which is what I will use it for.
