In January 2010, Elite FC was created with a group of hardworking team mates. We joined the Concordia Indoor Soccer League. During the course of the season, we didn't fare so well but we had fun. We finished 10th place out of 12 teams in the end as the season finished in April 2010 and we didn't make the playoffs. LoL. But our record was to change completely 2 months later.
Us the Elite FC along with some new team mates and improved team chemistry enrolled for the Unicef Concordia Unite For Soccer tournament in June 2010. We ultimately won that tournament. It was like the Concordia World Cup. We went UNDEFEATED 4 games to none against internationally made teams.
The scores were 3-1, 2-1 a.e.t., 5-2, & 4-1.
In February 2011, we once again became the World Champions!!! This time, at the ASFA Charity Soccer Tournament. We played 5 games. Before playoffs we won 1 and tied 2, which enabled us to be 1st in our division with 4 points with 5 goals for and 2 against.
Scores: 1-1, 4-1, and 0-0.
We then received a bye going straight to the semi-finals. We won 3-1. Then we went to the championship final game and won 2-0!!!
We are currently playing our 2nd league season but this time for the Concordia Dome Soccer League.
This concludes our Dome League season. This was our best season yet as we finished the regular season undefeated in 5 games at the end. Onwards to the summer season!
We are currently playing in the Concordia Outdoor Soccer League and the Montreal Korean Football League this summer!
