I wish you were govenor since you would really help get Maine running again.

I think a few people are ignorant of the fact that the Democrats and the Republicans have been in power for the last century and a half... and look where that has gotten us! Look at where Maine is. Who do the Democrats blame? Republicans. Who do the Republicans blame? Democrats. Whose to blame? Both of them. Why? For pitting Americans against each other instead of uniting them.

Yes people may have different ideas and different principles, but that doesn't mean we can't work together for a better future. "Appealing" to everyone yes is impossible, but appealing to the majority is not.

And to those people who somehow find it necessary to "badmouth" and make jabs and engage in mudslinging, just SHUT UP. You're only making a fool of yourself and the political party you represent. Making a fool of yourself isn't going to advance your cause. Instead, be rational. Be nice. Then maybe more people will like you and your politics.
