About Elijah's Adventures
These are all videos of our baby, Elijah. He was born 5 weeks early on October 13, 2006. That day we learned he had a cleft palate, and had to be on oxygen. Elijah stayed in the hospital for 6 days. By the time he was 10 months old he had surgeries including a G-Tube placement (later changed to a G/J-Tube), Nissen Fundoplication, and a repaired Cleft Palate. Elijah has also undergone various procedures, biopsies, and endoscopies. He has also struggled with severe reflux everyday of his life since he was 6 weeks old. He's come a very long way and is still overcoming various speech and motorskill delays, so he is in Speech, Physical, and Developmental Therapies. We are just so proud of the milestones he's reached despite what he's had to endure since birth. This is our way of sharing his joy and achievements with family and friends.
