I'm sorry but it's stupendous to expect good candidates of extrasolar planets in the central bulge... There's so much cosmic radiation in the center no living thing can withstand.

Do astronomers take expansion of space into account when they measure these distances? The light from that galaxy has traveled 12 billion years to reach us, but it had to compensate also for space expansion between us and that galaxy in the mean time, hadn't it?

Somebody please explain this to me... does a black hole resemble a black sphere or a black well ????? they tend to depict them in both shapes...
