You probably get lots of questions/request, but just wondering, do you think you'll ever do a stretching vid on the adductors?

Two questions:
1)Got any stretches for the lower back? and 2)I am recently getting back into kickboxing and looking to improve my flexibility with my kicks and thus have begun a variety of the stretches you have shown but when I ran track in highschool my coach emphasized estatic stretching vs static the idea being that long stretches where you hold for an extended period of time tires your muscles out prior to even engaging in the activity. Are these stretches you have shown in your videos meant to be morning and bedtime stretches as opposed to right before rigorous activity? |

Great stuff here. I've been stretching a lot lately and achieved my fronts. I'll check out your page regularly for new stuff. Cheers!

Really great, down to earth advice. After four years in the military with no real stretching to speak of, flexibility has become my greatest difficulty.
I would like to see your ideas on calf stretches. This is my biggest problem - the upper part extending into the back of the knee. Your videos are helping my flexibility catch up to my retained muscle memory (that has injured me a couple of times...). Keep up the good work. Thanks. |

Wow, very good control on all of the kicking videos, I wish I had that kind of balance. I'm working on it, though!

I bought this guy's book. He explains everything very lucidly. It is very easy to understand the things that he teaches in the book!
