Orr for sure won; but I think most of us would/should have expected that. Two different weight classes IMO. Neil can hold his own and is a tough SOB, but Orr is a bonafied tough guy where as Neil is more of a role player.
TL:DR. Orr wins, Neil fought better than expected vs a much bigger dude.
