The guy who made the video says one was taken in Iowa and one in New Hampshire.

The Sept 5th debate, was in New Hampshire, not Iowa. The "actor" is probably just very politically active and managed to show up both times.

The guy who posted the video has so far left the bit about the guy being in both states. Guess who's busted now. Not busted, I guess, but he sure makes himself look like a nut job.
