New biography of Robert Taylor:
ROBERT TAYLOR: A BIOGRAPHY by Charles Tranberg
http://www.amazon.com/Rober...
He played doctors, aviators, outlaws, playboys, knights, marshalls...he was archeologist, an orchestra director, a prizefighter, a Shoshone Indian, a crippled lawyer, a crooked cop, a legion commander during the Imperial Rome... and many things more. He was rude and arrogant, gallant and confident, cynical and hard-bitten, reckless and impulsive, charming and funny, sensitive and tender, vile and cruel.... I am here again to celebrate the work of Nebraskean Spangler Arlington Brugh, the small town boy who became the movie star, the leading man and the actor worldwide known as Robert Taylor.
My channels dedicated to him are:

His movies were switched from unlisted to public on September, 2010 . If my channels dissapear, I have no problem sending you the avi file if you have enough room on your computer. But if the movies are available on DVD and you can afford the cost, try to get them, look for the best quality always.
This channel only has my Subscriptions and my Favorites (scenes from movies, musical pieces, dance numbers and the first parts of full films posted on Youtube). My other channels also have their own Favorites. I hope you also enjoy them.
Thanks to all of you, Taylor fans and classic films fans, for being there!

I'm a classic films fan; my favorite genre is screwball comedy and romantic comedy especially the witty and sophisticated style of Ernest Lubistch. My favorite actors and actresses are Fredric March, Paul Muni, Cary Grant, William Powell, James Mason, Danny Kaye, Carole Lombard, Jean Harlow, Rosalind Russell, Gene Tierney and Claudette Colbert. Although they are not classic, my list includes Michael Caine, John Hurt, Harvey Keitel and Colin Firth.
