Also note that the M1A/M14 has unique recoil characteristics if something is out of alignment on any rifle let alone an M1A you can pop a recticle out of your scope see a gun smith to make sure everything is lined up! If its the scope try a different brand, I recommend a Redfield!

I love the M1a/M14 and the M1 garand as well! I agree those rifles do have soul! Nothing like the feel of iron and wood! I love the sights on those rifles! To me I get more enjoyment shooting an M1/M1a than I do with an AR or AK!

Nice rifle! I had a .300 Remington Ultra mag M-700 Sendaro! It was very accurate! I used it as my long range hog rifle! After reading reviews I am considering a new long range rig in .338 Lapua its great Savage makes them affordable so the average guy can afford!

Actually Oswald served in the Marine Corp! From the research I've done he Qualified expert with his rifle! He got off multiple shots in rapid succession while hitting a moving target fired from an elevated position!
