ok my specs are worst than yours I have:

Athlon IIX2 250 at 3.4 ghz

4GB Ram 800 mhz

Radeon 5670

and ypu are running this game at 1024 x 760, Common I have it at 1920 x 1080 and I get more that 35 fps.(It get to 28 very few times it is almos maxed out by the way

@TidusfromZanarkand You can overclock it but just don't over do it mine is overclocked by a 15% from 3.0 to 3.450. It's been a year since I do this and I don't have any complaints, the temp are great the performance obviously better and its very stable.
