Ecohar Yoga Ashram

The ECOHAR Yoga Ashram is under the direction of Isabel Sehbe who began her yoga path in 1994 and has since reached for knowledge and inspiration in many countries including Brazil, America, Europe and India. She holds the Sivananda International Teacher Training Diploma and a diploma from the Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy in Rishkesh, India. She has recently deepened her knowledge at the Sivananda Chateau in Orleans, France where she lived as part of the staff and as a teacher. She has specialised knowledge of Ayurvedic nutrition and has undergone intense training as a Sivananda teacher.
