What a rotten month this was. For once I lost count of the number of users I blocked for the month, and now Meouch5 here wants to be added again. Additionally, I have also made an announcement that I will no longer have the bulletins feature anymore next year, so I started applying all sorts of restrictions to keep spamming down. I know, it sucks, but it has to be done.

	MUGEN: Elena joins the roster (4 days ago) GRAAH! What part of "Comment waiting approval" do you kids don't understand?! ... To put a character into the MUGEN roster all you have to do is unzip him or her into the "chars" folder, then add their entry into the select.def file, in the "data" folder. Read the notes within the select.def file on how to properly format the individual entries.
