I should have posted this earlier. SRB2 has numerous secret areas, as you already know. ACZ has one that is completely unnecessary and NOCLIP-only accessible. CEZ2 has one that is Knuckles and Tails-only accessible.
The secret area in ACZ is only accessible through NOCLIP. It is essentially a road tunnel, as often seen in Road Runner Looney Tunes. I think it's supposed to be a part of ACZ2.
The secret area in CEZ2 is accessible in by either Tails or Knuckles, who each have different paths to get there. Knuckles' path is reached by jumping down into the first room, turning right, and going down the pit. Follow the passageway, and you should eventually reach a room abundant with 1ups. There is also an exit near the top of the room that leads to Sonikku's signature. Tails can reach this by climbing the stairwells in the outside of the beginning and flying all the way up. Sonic can't get there normally.
So, I got my sound problem fixed to an extent. And kudos to Ezer'Arch for showing me the ACZ area.

Alright, it's been a while since I uploaded a video. That's mostly because I had lost interest in SRB2 (hey, Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver is awesome!). I started playing SRB2 again about a week ago.
I was messing around, doing boss runs and special stage runs, then, somehow, Special Stage 8 appeared as an actual special stage! After beating it (from MANY attempts), I got the Black Emerald!
I was successfully able to replicate this secret. First, it seems you must have all emblems, beaten NAGZ on ultimate as Sonic, and talked to RedXVI after beating NAGZ on ultimate. That way, you have the highest grade in SRB2. After completing that, go through single player as Sonic, getting emerald tokens and beating all special stages on your first try. If successful, you'll end up at Special Stage 8 rather than the next SP stage. You MUST beat it on your first try, or else SP mode will continue and you must start over to get there again. Yes, it is very frustrating. However, the prize, the Black Emerald that everyone thought was lost, is worth it!
The Black Emerald is slightly different than it was in 1.09.4. Once you obtain it, you can use it anytime. The "Get All Emeralds" option is modified to give you the Black Emerald and 50 rings as well. Hyper Sonic has a new startling ability, but you can find that out for yourself ;) The downside is that it is only available in single player D:
As for Special Stage 8, most of the SRB2 community knows about that. It can be reached by typing MAP MAP57 in the console, though it will appear as a regular stage rather than a special stage. Thus, walking off of the beginning platform ends the level. The level was initially the special stage for the 7th emerald, but it was decided to be too difficult for some players. Now you can see its new purpose :D
Also, for some inane reason, the sound quality is TERRIBLE.
