I'd like to extend a very grateful thanks for your help on the help forum and your unexpected subscription to my account. Also, even though I haven't heard back from YouTube yet, my account appears to be in good standing and monetisation seems to exist on the "offending" videos, which I hope indicates a restoration rather than a lag in action against me.
