Every Sunday this was on, followed by Chips and then Jeffersons. After that my heart sank because it was time for bed. I watched an episode of The Jeffersons just the other day and the jingle still made me shudder :)

Although this film lacked the awesome atmosphere and soundtrack of the first movie, the shorts were still pretty good. This one was the best in my opinion. Payback is a real bitch :)

The garbage guy with the moustache is Makeup FX God Tom Savini. He did the excellent effects in the movie :)

I worshipped this show as a kid. Had the figure and everything.

I read the book. The house was supposedly built on land native Americans used to lock up their insane people to die from exposure. Sorta makes sense the place would be all ate up with bad karma.

Tales of the Gold Monkey was actually pretty good considering it was made to cash in on the Raiders of the Lost Ark fad. Did they ever release these on DVD?

This used to air every Sunday. I used to watch it only for the music.

These were the only modern Popeyes I enjoyed. The rest were so horrible, they made me ill.

The show got me into trouble in preschool. I kept pretending the roll of paper towels was their computer. After a dozen or so times the teacher got tired of having to reroll the thing.

I took this show to heart. Once I got into an argument with my father.

I exclaimed: "Hey! Kids are people too!"

To which he responded: "No you're not."

Still freaks me out. I hear this and I think of all those corpses decomposing under their house and their ghosts getting so pissed and not crossing over. Then old scratch sees an opportunity, kidnaps the girl to keep the ghosts under its control. The girl gets saved by her pot smoking parents and...

@integral My understanding, the people inside got direct exposure from the concentrated stuff while the guard that escaped was outside and got a lighter dose.

My ferret loved this kind of personal attention. He would jump up and down excitedly so I would do it again.

My favorites are the ones with animals. Unpredictable and hilarious!

Reason I dislike the movie was the main characters' lack of any trace of charisma. I find this version actually preferable! Great work :)

KBHK really improved their programming. Back in the day all they played were Casper and Popeye cartoons.

I have nothing but respect for Fox but the movie was horrible :(

Personally, I prefer the Muppet Show version.
