They are absolute musical geniuses and they changed the world with their rock n roll. My favorite is John Lennon because he used his celebrity to promote peace. John Lennon is my hero and I wish everyone had his same spirit of peace and love. I also love Cat Stevens, now Yusuf Islam, for his great musical gifts and his humanitarian work. I love John Denver because he passionately shared his love of life and nature with us all. I love the music from the 60s and the 70s, and especially the artists who performed at Woodstock in 1969, and the ones active in the peace and civil rights movements. We should listen to our musical prophets instead of political pundants. ~~If someone thinks that peace and love is a cliche that should have been left behind in the 60s, that's his problem.
