more
Black conservatives have been called everything from Uncle Tom's to sell outs to their race. Why? Because they had the audacity to join the Tea Party. That's right.....the same Tea Party that we've all been told is comprised of only old angry white men. During the 2008 election, the liberal media even went so far as to suggest that a black American who doesn't vote for Barack Obama must not have any pride. Although the 2010 election included 30 black conservatives running for seats in the House and the Senate, the liberal media continues to try and convince the American people that there has to be something wrong with a black American with conservative views. In my opinion, there is nothing that takes more courage in these politically divided times than being a black conservative. As you have just witnessed, the left simply will not tolerate black, or female citizens making their own decisions when it comes to politics. Thanks for watching a special report from the Don Smith Show. Be sure to tune in to this week's show for the latest political news. We are now streaming live every Saturday morning at 10:00am EST. Have a great day.

You misunderstand... I was not belittling drummers at all. I am saying drummers have different criteria in analyzing the quality of a musician. I personally do not care about criteria you outlined. I think a performers ability to let the listener connect with the heart and soul of the performer creating a goose bump factor is by far a more important characteristic of a super talent. Church is pleasant to listen to... but no goose bumps at all.
Finally...I am sorry if my presentation to you was too blunt. I am inpatient with people who unknowingly hurt others which I think you did. You seem like a gentleman... but need some polish.
If you do not know, my explanation would be meaningless. Im sorry you do not comprehend. It is your problem, not mine. As far as drummers, that is not a demotion over a violin player like yourself. at least, that is what AAron Copeland thought... he had great respect for drummers. I studied with him many years ago for a week and enjoyed his interpretation of Appalachian Spring ... I do not think I need ear training to know what I know.
You obviously misunderstannd... Church is definitely a talent... I am not stating she is not... I am saying "YOU" are a poor judge when stating Evancho is below Church. I know for a fact you are a poor judge based on the criteria you itemized in analyzing the performers. My guess is that you are a drummer. I have noticed over the years drummers have made comments to me similar to what you state. Like I said before, it is you that started the negative comments in rudely putting down Evancho. You should apologize
