People need to help wherever the problem may be. Sometimes it is right next door to you. We need to open our eyes and heart to the plight of the less fortunate wherever they are, whether a rich country or middle class it happens everywhere, but the tragedy for these particular creeds of people is the lacking of knowledge to better them. Sometimes handing someone a fish will not do it, we need to teach them how to fish, them they will be nourished. My heart goes out to any one suffering
