ESOP (Empowering & Strengthening Ohio's People) is a community based, non-profit, HUD certified, housing counseling agency who has addressed foreeclosure issues since 1999. ESOP currently has fair lending agreements with twelve lenders and servicers nationwide. These agreements allow us to work statewide to resolve homeowner's issues with an 85% succes rate. Today, ESOP has ten offices through the state of Ohio.
