Sorry, No Moscow 2010, Oslo 2010. But mix etno pop from Moscow 2009 Moldova Nelly Ciobanu it`s also works . But It`s only my opinion.

I think you will not agree, probably I`m subjective. But mix ethnic pop can work. Goran Bregocivic`s This is Balkan 2010 Moscow. But that` s only my opinion.

It`s mixed from Goran Bregovic`s music and songs like Istanbul- Constantinople. His vocal performance is so average. There is no doubt anymore, it will be boring ESC 2012.

I was actually referring to Nina Zilli's voice, not Baldric's (you can see that we're going to get this kind of confusion a lot of times over the next months, can't you?). I hadn't heard about Mr. Kelehan - as one of the most characteristic figures of classic ESC, he will indeed be missed (I remember being shocked when I realized it was a much, much younger version of him conducting your '66 entry!). As for the Turkish entry, you can find a more detailed commentary on Seth's (yes) page - I really, really like the folk arrangement, which could indeed be easily that of a Greek song, though my first impression was of a quite weird song. Still, an interesting entry, and I suspect I'll like it more on further listen (and, as I said, with this and other entries, I'm starting to believe you have a point when predicting a rather atypical winner for this year).

I don't think I'll ever get used to calling our Icelandic friend by the name Atli - he'll always be Seth to me :-P I hadn't heard "Per Sempre" till now, for the sole reason that RAI hasn't specified whether this will be their actual entry. I did just now, and I must say I like it - classic ballad, but very well-written and much better than the other Nina (the Croatian one) - but I'm not entirely sure about her voice. Will see, though (on a sidenote, doesn't the Sanremo orchestra sound fabulous in the performance? Almost makes you long for pre-1999 ESC)

No, don't misunderstand me, Georgia's song is terrible. I just fear that it may have that "We Are the Winners" sway for it - so bad that offhand viewers who hate the contest might vote for it. (Your choice what you call me, btw, that's probably simplest.) And Israel's entry has leaked on the net, an early version but so far already a very good song that would easily go into my favourites - we'll see come March, when it'll be released officially.

BTW Latvian singer looks like having exophtalmos or even hyperthyreosis.

Nothing wrong with liking Croatia's song. A good singer and melody always helps (they learned their lesson since last year, I can see). And yes, Georgia's song is terrible (I was confused because parts of it sound lifted from The Wiz). I am very amused to see how quickly it's become probably the most hated song in this year's contest.

Psst, Seamus, I'd rather you all keep calling me what you've always called me. Btw, Georgia... I thought I was gonna hate it. It is a poor song, definitely, but that melodious hook is catchy. That's about all it has going for it though. Such poor, poor lyrics.
