@trollnight You won;t. It's only for chefs who appreciate the quick and even conduction of heat, to the sides and bottom. Most normal cooks can't make food well enough to appreciate the properties. So, keep using your thin Walmart stainless.

In real life, this happens, usually speeders. They say, what about the other guys speeding. The officer can only pull over and cite one person.

@tangjkd Yup. Asians, IN GENERAL, eat a lot of what other societies throw away or consider waste, AND eat what other cultures label as forbidden. Western values applied to a different culture.
