In case anybody doesnt know, if u swap the regular scope for the variable zoom scope, the sway as u zoom in is significantly reduced making it much easier to quickscope. Thats how Pred does it, he has no aim bot or unfair advantage like some ppl are saying... Try it out and stop hating :D
