I lost ten pounds in two weeks while excercising to this song, then lost my iPod and gained it all back. It's amazing how the ri9ght song can help you to loose track of muscle pain and keep going.

I love how his songs are so seerious. I love the WRock songs that are light, cheery, and fun sounding. Still, there are some times you just want to hear something like this or like Open at the Close, The Boy Who Lived (OBatR version).

I've never been to Trader Joe's.
