- Heey guys, Ellie here..Duh ;)

So, where I live nearly all my neighbours have horses, and since i was 2 i have wanted a horse. You would always find me in the fields running around with my neighbours four 15hh+ horses. So my mum eventually took me to get my first lessons.. I have been riding since I was nearly 3 years old, I went to a riding school just a couple miles away where i learnt the basics on riding school ponies. I absolutely adored it there, and when i got my first horse Harry (info below) i continued for about a year at this riding school.

I started begging for a horse sinces i was about 3, and my mum and dad would always say ''we will ellie dont worry, we'll get you one for your 6th birthday''. My cousins friend had a 3 year old welsh cob x for sale, i was still 5 at the time but it was the srping before my birthday. So we went and tried him. Loved him and so we bought him. We kept him at her place for about 5 month taking him out hacks and getting the occasional lesson. We then got my mums friend to go to where we were keeping Harry and they took him back in their trailer. It didnt take long for us to have him settled in and got working on him. We never knew how much work we would have to do to him! Because he was trained too young, (jumping 2ft+ at 2 years old) we practicly had to re-train him altogether. He wouldnt jump, cantering was out of the question and he would happily charge into bushes with me on his back (: So we bought a trailer and started taking him to this lady Elaine not far from us and we got lessons there. WOW whatta difference in him in 2 years schooling. Then it was 2007 and we were competed all around, jumping 3'9 but competing at 3ft. Getting firsts, trophies, ribbons, everything. he was a dream pony. In 2008 we decided it was time to move on, because he wouldnt take me further because he was only cappable of what he could do, and I needed to move on. So we got Coffer in september '08! And in March 2009 when we were on holiday, we put Harz Bar to this family that were quite keen on buying him, and while we were on holiday they sent us a text sayin that they'll buy him. I was so upset, but i knew i had to move on.

Coffer~ 2008 - 2011♥

Wow. We got Coffer in Sep'08 and he had been forsale ages because no body would buy him. ''He was a phsycho pony that was off his head'' - That was what everyone was saying about him. And to be quite honest, they were partly right. He was fast, very strong, had a big jump, and we couldnt ride him in a field. But he was recommended to us by Elaine(yes we still go there!) and she is very experienced, so we knew she was right. Elaine helped us work with him, we got him bending, jumping smoothly, getting him round and generally a really nice wee pony. Everyone was amazed with what we had done with him. We started pony club/riding club and showing in 2009. Whatta Year! Couldnt have had a better time, we got firsts in showjumping and working hunter, competing in 3ft3 showjumping compititions. We got trophies and ribbons and the works! In 2010, it wasnt such a good year. We weren't doing so good in shows, a couple of times i had to retire in working hunter because he was far to strong and i couldnt handle it. I went home from showjumping compititons crying because i was so disapointed in him. He started this craze which we had just gotten over in 2009. Bucking. Rearing. Sidestepping. He was refusing at say only the 3rd jump and getting us elimanated. It seemed like only I knew why, and my mum didnt care. It was because we were working so hard on flatwork, getting the bend and roundness, that it was almost as if he was loosing the will to jump..we got a couple lessons but hes still bucking.
2011 - Really Hope We Get A Better Year. Really needing to push on with showjumping, hoping to sell Coffer this year. Going to work towards some 1 day events, and maybe som 3 day events, get good scores and sell him as soon as. Because I feel I'm really needing to move on, I'm wanting to continue jumping and get a bsja pony or an eventing horse, really cant wait (:♥
