Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) videos. For Weight Loss.

I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have found the techniques I use in my videos to be some of the most effective at treating anxiety and depression. More recently I used the tapping technique on my own weight loss issues after having my baby.

All the videos here, I have used on myself with great success. I'm planning on doing lots more soon, so if you have a particular weight loss issue that you're struggling with, please contact me via www.portsmouthcoach.co.uk and I can incorporate it into a video for you.
