About Hartford Walking Systems, Inc.
Hartford Walking Systems, Inc.,
proudly introduces the evolution of
their familiar ED Walker. While functionally
similar, The ED Legsim offers
amputees a structurally superior,
highly adaptable unit.
Also, referred to as simply The Legsim,
it is stronger and more easily adjusted,
with accessories to meet the unique
needs of amputees. Numerous seat
styles are available, and multiple
stabilizer systems assist those with
balance issues.
The Legsim is designed to complement
prosthesis use and can also
serve as a substitute. It can be used
any time users are without their prosthesis
to avoid the need to hop or use
a wheelchair or walker.
This enhanced product has evolved by
working with prosthetists throughout
the country as well as through HWS'
commitment to help our wounded military
heroes. Working with these brave
soldiers at Walter Reed Army Medical
Center brought to light many of the
enhancements that are included in
The ED Legsim.
