Hi, well I started this page in order to keep me motivated and to be held accountable to someone. I have another YT channel on here that is geared more towards makeup and hair stuff. However, I really feel that my eating habits are holding me back to becoming the person that I used to be. I feel really unhealthy and to be honest just plan gross. I am no longer happy with my size and and I can't blame my figure on the fact that I have had 3 kids. So i hope to get back down to my old size and feel better about myself.
