About Me:

Reel Rebels Radio - "Dylan Walshe has been a fresh faced folk-rockin fave of 'Talkin Up Yer Country Musical Revolutions' - not to mention 'Reel Rebels Radio' itself - for the last year & some. One boy symphony, Dylan Walshe, is thee soul-achin wondervoice of folk infused country-&-rhythm, black-&-blues. Saw & heard him torch up the crowded house down the Betsey Trotwood with it too, live, last winter...Please, Sir, may we have some mo?"

Resonance 104.4 FM - "Amazing, Powerfull & Passionate"

Dublin Underground - "Dylan's song writing skills cannot be questioned"

Hideaway Sessions - "A stompbox, amazing voice and a whole lotta soul - this performance rocks!! Top notch Folk from a soulful troubadour"

Dirty Water Club - "This is music for anyone that's a fan of Billy Childish's blues stylings, or indeed any of the original bluesmen like Leadbelly, Sonny Boy Williamson or Robert Johnson."

Roots & Fusion Pure Radio 107.8FM - "An Absolutely phenomenal voice, just wonderful"

Countrier Than Thou - "Multi-instrumentalist troubadour and Strummerville featured stompin' one man harmoniser, Dylan Walshe, will entrance and entertain you with his captivating tales carried from Dublin. He has been likened to both Billy Childish and Mississippi John Hurt in equal measures or indeed any of the original Bluesmen like Leadbelly, Sonny Boy Williamson or Robert Johnson all melded together to give us something fresh in the vein of Steve Earle aboard a steamboat full of modern Sea Shanties and Celtic tales carried all the way from Dublin to London and back again."

Fred Bolden, grand nephew of the legendary Mississippi John Hurt(Part of MJH's 60s revival and played with Brownie McGhee) - "Dylan's version of Lonesome Valley is fantastic, Mississippi John Hurt would sure have liked Dylan as well; I just know it. Such a fine southpaw guitarist, Dylan is."

Bob's Folk Show - "Without doubt Dylan has sent In the best demo CD to the show to date, I tip this Dublin man to be top of the folk star tree, when it comes to songwriting & performing he is going places..."

FATEA Showcase Sessions - "Definitely something special"

Some very nice music going on here. I absolutely fell in love with your "Walk the Lonesome Valley". Your picking and singing sounds like the Old Bluesmasters. That is a great compliment coming from me. Keep it up and don't let anyone take your dream away. You have a great talent. My best, Moppet (Barbara)
