@mohammad112388 I can appreciate the bad camera angle. From 12 seconds when I'm standing on the foot rests, to 17 seconds when I've finished one rep....see how slight the change in my torso/back angle was? That's cause I didn't lean forward quite a bit+not flaring elbows+not going WAY below paral...
