Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Greg Brown. With quality service, current information, years of sales and service experience, and being straight forward and honest is how I serve my clients best as their Realtor®.
I studied mechanical engineering and worked in the automotive industry as a CNC machinist. I have built many different parts in the automotive industry and the larger the piece, the more motivated I was to accomplish the task. I use that same motivation in my Real Estate career.
My experience consists of selling Condo's, Town Houses, Detached Homes, and rural properties in the residential market. My commercial experience has been selling hobby farm's, and investment properties such as ( Duplex, Triplex, and 9 Plex). I have sold many houses in Durham region from Pickering to Bownmanville as well as properties in Markham, Little Britian, Scarborough and Brampton.
I have been a landlord for over seven years, and I can give you sound advice if you're looking to invest in rental properties. I am thorough in all aspects of real estate service, with quality service and honesty.
