I am a Child of the Sixties. I love all of Gerry Anderson's Supermarionation shows, and I'm especially fond of the early ones, particularly Fireball XL5 and Stingray.

I'm also into the films of Stanley Kubrick - 2001 a Space odyssey being my all-time favourite movie, but Paths of Glory, The Shining and A Clockwork Orange are all up there in my Top 10.

Recent sci-fi to rank with the best sci-fi ever in my humble opinion has to be Firefly (and Serenity, the movie spin-off), and lately the resurrection (or should I say "regeneration"?) of Doctor Who.

For a hobby I make replicas of Supermarionation puppets and props with which to display them - see my first video. I apologise for the dodgy sound and camera work, hopefully I'll get better with practice.

Dalek Ray is a full-size New Series Dalek replica which I occasionally trundle out in public if the cause is good enough.
