Where was the video hiding? I have been searching for canon mount vids for the Tokina 11-16mm and T3i/600D and just happened to see it after many nights of crawling around youtube. Excellent video! I am dying to get this lens...fantastic use of a slider and superb video quality.

That's crazy! Very impressive. The 5D has a full frame sensor, right? The 50mm looks (zoom wise) way better than my T3i with a crop sensor (x1.6) is way to zoomed in to be usable for close interior shots. Great low light test for video.

Great video to show how the zoom ratings really come into play. If you are looking for a low light lens for video and plan on shooting interior scenes this is very important...the 50mm on a Canon T3i is more like a 80mm (50x1.6).
