  Your fish seem fine, but they will get bigger eventually. The myth that they won't grow is a myth. If you put a baby in a box and fed it regularly, it wouldn't stay a baby. So I would advise you get a bigger tank when you can. Good job with this tank though!

The "fatty" is a Ruskin, and they're supposed to be like that. Yu need to learn more about fish before you go and shove 12 or 13 of them into a 10 gallon, which is much too small for 4 goldfish' let alone 12 .
