Saw these guys as a special treat in December 2001 in Dallas. They opened up for Aerosmith on that leg of the Just Push Play tour. The Cult kicks ass live - they were fantastic!!! Every song was just perfect - better than the CD/Studio version. Would love to see them again.

I can appreciate our heartfelt respect for Louis "Thunder Thumbs" Johnson. I was fortunate enough to the The Brothers Johnson live twice back in 1978/1979. THey were awesome and no bass player I've seen since can do what he could do.

I never considered any influence to Devo, but do see influence of the Association in the punk band The Tubes. Especially their Completion Backwards Principle album.

Let me put it this way - Aerosmith Toys in the Attic tour was my first concert, a few years later I joyfully received my first BJ. If I had a choice to go back to either, I'd see Joey Kramer once again doing the drum solo in the middle of Train Kept a Rolling. That's a fact.

They are the best.

At 2:45 you show the chain right under the exhaust pipe. The chain has a kink in it and looks totally devoid of oil. Recommend you oil the chain every time you ride it. It will run smoother, quieter and faster as well as the wear on sprockets and chain will be greatly reduced.
