I'm a pretty good 'lucid dreamer' but there's also another thing that I can see as well which I'm not sure of.

Just at the point of falling to sleep, if I stare into the back of my eyes I can see like a monochrome imagery of people moving around rooms or streets etc.

I remember having these as a child and also remember some of the worst of them were when I was being cradled and 'comforted' by my mother.

I've had alot of sleep related disorders over the years, but have at last found a useage for them in 'lucid dreaming', some clouds have silver linings :-)
