Beautiful, more than the flowers of the valley or the long awaited dawn
See the deceiving moon hide behind the clouds at your presence
Gentle and gracious, she is my beloved, the one I hold dear to my heart.
But why, why is her lovely face tainted with a sorrow so deep?
The eyes that twinkled with dreams as numerous as the stars in the sky
Today they hold only a dark curtain concealing her sadness
Why does her heart beat without any passion?
Why is her breath so slow, almost reluctant... lifeless!

Watch her as she walks gently in the hallway
A lone princess, so detached from the glittering world around her
Though I walk behind her slowly, she notices me not
Keeps walking ahead, head hung low as if burdened heavily
Her pale skin, glowing with a light, so pure... the light of her pure soul!
Yet etched with scars, wounds that refuse to heal
At even the slightest touch, they cry endless tears of blood
