@Dreachon In Tanks of the World there is a photo of KV-1 tankers posing proudly with civilians, workers and farmers with factory Fresh KV-1's near Moscow; the anecdote of the photo was that these KV-1's were built with personally donated funds from the farmers, civilians and workers during WWII - is that true? Because it then goes 'such public presentations were common in many countries during WWII (that in addition to contributing to the war effort essentially the public was encouraged to donate funding to weapons programs to help the war effort) :S

Hello Dreachon It was said by Tanks of the World that Tankograd was the sold industrial Soviet base that had heavy arty, tractors and tanks - that true? Surely given Tankograd was relocated to the far Eastern Siberian area wouldn't it have taken time to transport the JS-2, ZVEROBOYS or B4 Tractor Howitzers despite Soviet production outstripping demand?

And given the M1A1 in those idealistic games and movies such as SPR show the bazooka was often unable to single-shot destroy a Tiger I tank...why didn' the Americans atleast try to use better shaped charges - I mean the PaK 36 later got the Granate 41 shaped charge...

Hello Dreachon! Now that you can only type 200 characters I thought I'd ask via your channel comments; you know how the AMericans had the M1A1 Rocket Launcher and later the M9A1 Rocket Launcher - was it even able to defeat a Tiger I or even a Panzer IV? A book I read said the M9A1 by the end of the war could penetrate up to 80mm frotnal armor...

some vid about Michael Wittmann, you said "Given that the Tiger i seen in the footage are early to mid production Tiger I variants this would rule out the jagdpanther, the vehicle is more likely a normal Panther",......... but it is a Jagdpanther,no doubt.
