I am a sixteen year old self-taught artist. I have an insatiable thirst for reading, writing, and drawing. I've been drawing and reading as long as I can remember. When I was in fourth grade, I was reading on a seventh grade level. I write a lot and hope to have some of my books published some day. I didn't take drawing seriously until I was evaluated by a professional artist when I was fourteen. I am homeschooled, and have had a deep passion for animals, especially dogs, my entire life. I started homeschooling in seventh grade. For me, being an artist is all about being humble. I hope that my art inspires people to never give up and always try their best, because my work comes straight from my heart. I put everything I've got into each piece. I am a future veterinarian, and have been all of my life. I want to specialize in surgery. I love watching medical shows, and blood, guts, and gore have never bothered me. I guess you could say I have a pretty strong stomach. I love watching surgeries. When I was fourteen, I was allowed to sit on the counter in the O.R. and watch my dog's spay. I hope to gain an art scholarship for college and vet school. My goals outside of veterinary medicine are to become a well-known author, artist, and karateka.
