Finally, for those of you still doubting the validity of this mind-blowing news, prepare to be convinced. Toei Animation's Official DragonBall Z website has posted a statement confirming the the DragonBall Z TV series.

「ドラゴンボールZ」がTVアニメで復活！ 「ドラゴンボールZ」放送開始20周年記念！最新デジタル技術を使いZ伝説がTVアニメで復活！！ 2009年4月5日(日)朝9：00よりフジテレビ系列にて放送スタート！！ 詳しい情報は、後日掲載します！ DragonBall Z TV Anime Revival!

20th anniversary of DragonBall Z! The legend of Z returns with the newest digital technology!! Broadcasting will begin Sunday, April 5, 2009, at 9:00 am, on Fuji TV! More information will be posted at a later date!

Nothing we don't already know, but at least it confirms we'll be getting some more information at some point, though it doesn't confirm exactly when that'll be. The sooner the better, I say. Incidentally, if you haven't already visited the link below, Toei has revamped both of the DragonBall and DragonBall Z official websites. Spiffy!
