If you're facing an enemy which requires 4,000 grenades a second to defeat, going home and hiding under your bed sounds like a better tactic than setting up one of those things.

The refinery is actually easier to take out than that, the tank/silo whatever right next to the main building can be taken out with a 20mm strafing run and when it blows it takes everything out. 20mm bullets are free, unlike mk82s, so stingy mercs can quickly do the math.
