Dr. Lonnie Bagwell grew up in Smithsburg, Maryland. He received his bachelor's degree in Biology from Lycoming College in Pennsylvania. Dr. Bagwell then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. He graduated magna cum laude from Palmer College with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2006. Dr. Bagwell is a certified Webster technique practitioner, allowing him to care for pregnant women.

Dr. Bagwell practices in the Abundant Health Family Chiropractic Clinic in Charlotte, North Carolina. Abundant Health is one of the largest wellness offices in the country. It is constantly growing, reaching more people in the Charlotte area with the message of true health.

Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Bagwell worked as a certified personal trainer. He was also an accomplished athlete, winning awards in football and track and field.
