I was born and raised in Cold Spring, Minnesota. I graduated from Rocori High School in 1988 and went on to St. Cloud State, where I majored in Biomedical Science.

In January of 1999 I opened Hillside Chiropractic in Elk River to provide chiropractic care to the area. I love the field of chiropractic because I have always tried to live my life free of medication and as healthy as possible. I love using A.R.T. (Active Release Technique)to treat athletes and non-athletes alike.

Active Release Technique (ART) is a great treatment option in any area of the body as there can be scar tissue present with or without traumatic injury. Freeing these tissues to move without the restrictions of scar tissue can help alleviate many of your symptoms.

Interests

I have been very active in sports throughout my life. I continue to golf regularly, playing several times per week throughout the summer months. During the winter am dreaming about going south to hit the beaches and the golf courses too. I am an avid Vikings, Timberwolves, Twins and Gophers fan, even when they continue to disappoint us.
