Location is the spanish island of Tenerife off west Africa. The "road above the clouds" is the TF-24 linking the vulcano Teide with San Cristobal de la Laguna. Great drive! From 2 km height you can see a lot of Atlantic sea, weather permitting. Another indicator: the Volvo's spanish number plate...
