About Me:
I am from Germany, but since I would like my videos to be watchable for as many people as possible I decided to make them in English language.
I have many interests and opinions, however, I don't think this is a good place to discuss about them. You can have differing opinions, no problem. But don't expect me to discuss them with you.
I will only accept friend invites from people who in my opinion could be good friends in real life too.

FAQ -- Frequently Asked Questions
I'm always happy to receive your comments, messages, questions and answers -- however, some questions are being asked so often that -- to be honest -- I'm sick and tired of giving the same kind of answer each and every time.
So here we have a selection of questions and some friendly, reasoned answers!
Q) I have a problem with xxx, can you help me?
A) If you have gotten a reference to the FAQs, I am sorry to say that the answer has to be 'no'. I am a very busy person, wich might not become obvious in my videos, but it really is that way. So unfortunately I just don't have the time to excessively think about your problem. Also keep in mind, that for most of the solutions I come up with I need to physically see the object in question. It generally is very hard to solve problems without even seeing/experiencing them.
Q) I need xxx, can you send xxx to me?
A) Have you ever gone through the trouble of properly packing something up, bringing it out to the post office and getting it send out?
Q) Make a video about xxx!
A) So which kind of a spoiled child are you? How about a 'please' and maybe even a 'thanks'? I'm not your mother doing everything you want from me!
Q) Can you please make a video about xxx?
A) Sure, I can -- but as some of my regular viewers are certainly able to tell you, that can take some time -- up to around 2 years! The reason for that is the fact that I'm only making videos when I feel like making them. After all, this is a hobby, and not a job! :)
Q) Can you give xxx to me?
A) Do I really look like Santa Clause?
Q) Oh come on, why don't you....
A) If I have given you a negative reply, the reply is going to remain negative until the end of times. Don't waste your time annoying me, as that might even result in you getting blocked!
Q) [Asks some sort of question that is supposed to make me mention him/her in one of my videos.]
A) First thing is that I generally only mention channels, that I think are good as even if not meant to work as one, these mentions often work as a recommendation to my viewers.
Second thing is, the DrCassette channel has already attracted quite a few haters and other nasty persons. I really don't want to share these experiences with you by giving them a reference to your channel.

I saw you have some old Kenwood cassettedecks, i have the kx-400, kx-600, kx-700 and kx-520 very good made decks, butt the best are from Akai i think. Have 13 Akai cassettedecks and a lot of reel2reels from this manufacturer. I have 35 cassettedecks from all kind of brands. i repair a lot of them. Greetings Chris.
