My name is Demetrios Tzortzis and after college I began working for a consulting firm with typical benefits and a mediocre salary, but I got fed up with working miles from home just to make money for other people, sitting in a cubicle for 10-12 hours per day and not having any time to do what I wanted to do. I knew that the slow promotions, insignificant raises and growth potential did not meet my expectations. I knew something had to change and in a hurry.
