Welcome to my channel. In my videos i talk about my daily struggles with various mental illnesses. i am an anorexia survivor & although it has taken me years to get to a healthy & stable weight, i do still struggle with body image issues.
If you are struggling with an eating disorder i urge you to accept recovery as it changes your entire life for the better. Anorexia almost killed me but i am still here to tell the tale.
Although recovered from anorexia, i still struggle with depression & psychosis. It's a daily struggle but documenting it & the support i receive from youtube & twitter helps me greatly.
