I miss you Dottie, but I'll see you again:) Give Jesus a hug for me!

My name is rayburn jackson and im only 14, but im touched by God every day. I grew up listening to Dottie Ramboe, Vestal Goodman and all of the southern gospel singers. They helped me choose the kind of journey i want to take in life, and that is a journey with God. I am deeply grieved by Dottie's going home to Heaven. I know one thing though, i can't wait till the day that i get to Heaven and here her singing now. Her and, Vestal, and George Younce, and J.D Sumner, and Jake Hess, and al the rest that have gone home. My deepest sympothy to the family, but look at it like Dottie does now....

She was a pearl of great price lent to us by god and through that gift many lives are blessed. Now the mighty oyster has called our pearl home .Her mission complete she will greatly be missed. If that isn't love is my favorite song of all for there is no greater love than the love of one who lays down their life so that others may live like an armed forces person for their country or the crucifixion of a most loving savior

For the family of Dottie what a prescious gift to have lost but what a gift for God the choir keeps getting better and better.We will all miss her beautiful songs and her wonderful smile but we will see her again in a much better place you are in our thoughts and prayers may God give you peace and comfort at this time the Blaney Family

Since the news of this tragedy my spirit has been broken. Dottie Rambos' music touched my life so very much. Even though the Lady of Gospel Music said I have to go now she left me the greatest gift you could ever have, her music and memories of seeing her at concerts.
Dottie I love you and you will be greatly missed. I know Heavens halls are silent while your teaching the angels how to sing. God bless you Donnie and Reba. My heart goes out to you. I am glad I can share with you in your time of grief. There will never be another like Dottie Rambo.
